MEMBERSHIP

Membership of the SOCIETY OF AFRICA BIOPHYSICAL SOCIETIES shall be eligible to organizations, Chapters, individuals or any other legal formation involved in mainstream biophysics and allied disciplines. The allied disciplines include and not limited to Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and Engineering. However, individuals or/and organizations not qualified in the catchment field of focus for the SOCIETY OF AFRICA BIOPHYSICAL SOCIETIES, but working in the field of biophysics and/or allied fields recognized by the SOCIETY OF AFRICA BIOPHYSICAL SOCIETIES may join as Associate/Affiliate members.  

Categories of Membership

There shall be the following categories of membership:

a)     Honorary membership

b)     Life membership

c)      Corporate, and Institutional membership

d)     Chapter membership

e)     Ordinary membership

f)       Associate/Affiliate membership

g)     Student membership

h)     Member Emeritus
